This 1952 Chevy fire truck has been partially restored. It is “parade ready” and last in parade 09-21-2018. Painted in approximately 2001. It has a new gas tank, master cylinder, rear wheel cylinders, and floor mat. The siren, “bubblegum “ light, fuel gauge, oil pressure gauge, amp meter, temp gauge, head lights, tail lights, signal lights, horn, heater, windshield wipers and dome light all work. It has a four speed manual transmission with a two speed axil. The tires are good.
The water pump mechanism is there , unfortunately I do not know if it works. The water hauling tank and the floor board have some rust.
I have owned the truck since 2004 and have driven it in many parades. I’m asking $9,0000, negotiable.. Located in Missouri. If interested call me at (660) 815-1172 or email

1935 American LaFrance Ladder Truck Barn Find
The GOOD- –All of the orginal wooden ladders are present and in the bed-There are pike poles, Original hood ornament, radiator and headlight, hard suction sections, & hoses on the truck- The body is in great condition for its age and shouldn”t be to hard to restore – Brakes work well… all the hard to find stuff is there
The BAD- –The engine is a Lycoming/Auburn V12 engine and appears to be complete as a restoration was started. The manifolds/exhaust are rusted through in spots. Valve cover plates open and the oil pan is off but with the truck -The dash is pulled apart but all of the gauges are present
